First stay at the Oberoi in Bengaluru. It is an oasis of calm. The garden space is the centre of the hotel and it’s so quiet. It really allows you to get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Service and attention to detail were amazing. Somehow for what is a large hotel it has that personal feel to it, everybody was very attentive to your needs. I also visited the Spa this trip and would highly recommend you try and fit something like this into your trip. I travel to Bengaluru 3-4 times per annum and I would recommend staying here.

I spent 4 nights here on a business trip. Although built some decades ago the hotel is extremely well maintained with clean and neat facilities. The staff seem to have been trained to a high standard and are genuinely friendly, courteous and professional. I ate in the Thai restaurant Rim Naam, a great experience outside under the trees or inside as preferred. I heard the Japanese restaurant is also very good. There is a well equipped gym and spa. Highly recommend for holiday or business travellers.
